The public site is a combination of HTML and PHP, while the members site is generated with PHP and a MySQL database.

We have broken this site into 7 major areas. To learn more about the history or Chadds Ridge, use the History link. If you want to find any official documents, like the ACC request form, the Bylaws or Covenants, use the Downloads link. To get the pool rules and other information relating to our common areas, use the Facilities link. The Overview, which is the page you are currently on, gives an overview of the site. The Areas of Interest will have links to popular attractions in the general area. The members site is for members of the community only. And the homepage gives you access to everything.
