History

Chadds Ridge is a covenant community with Swim and Tennis. Our recreational facilities are to enhance your living experience and to beautify our subdivision, please always treat them with respect.

We have 171 homes in our subdivision and we are in a great school district with Nicholson, McClesky and Kell High School. We have a great family atmosphere and overall community.

If you are interested in moving into our community, please note that we do have an Architectural Control Committee and the procedures involved with those procedures are located on the downloads page which also has our by-laws and covenants.
